Bringing the Community Together

RibFest started in 2016 as an annual “signature event.” An event when anyone heard the word “RibFest,” they knew it meant “Holy Trinity is opening up its doors to the community, and it’s going to be a great time!” Spread the word and mark your calendars. RibFest is coming on Friday, June 14, from 4-8 pm!

What’s New!
1. RibFest is in June! Due to the impending remodeling project, RibFest has moved to a “construction-free” time of year.

2. Online Silent Auction items! This year, 85% of the Silent Auction items will be online, which means you can bid even if you’re not at RibFest. Participate and bid using your phone and receive notifications when you’re outbid. Don’t worry if you aren’t tech-savvy… 15% of the Silent Auction items will use bidder numbers and paper (like in years past).

3. Wine Pull! Imagine a table filled with wrapped wine bottles. Purchase a ticket and choose any bottle on the table. The mystery of what kind of wine you’ll get makes this extra fun!

How can you help?
1. Spread the word! RibFest is a community event with something for the entire family. Music, kids activities, great food, refreshing beverages from Giesenbrau Bier Co., and the opportunity to support the ministry of Holy Trinity through the Silent Auction make this a “don’t miss” event!

2. Donate a Silent Auction item or a bottle (or three) of wine! Sign up here!

3. Be a Corporate Sponsor! Do you have or know a business that would like to support Holy Trinity’s RibFest event? Sponsorship levels vary from $500 – $1500. Make a difference by sponsoring one of the following areas: Ribs, Food, Beverages, Family Activities, Tents & Tables, or Music. Learn more about Corporate Sponsorship here.

For More Information
Be sure to look for volunteer sign-up opportunities coming early next month. Please contact Gina Fadden with questions about the Silent Auction or Corporate Sponsorships.
