LOGOS

Dear Parent of a 3rd, 4th or 5th grader,

In just a little over a month, LOGOS begins! We are hoping that your child will be among the participants. LOGOS is a wonderful Christian education ministry for children. LOGOS offers our young people the positive aspect of a Christian retreat on a weekly basis. They enjoy fellowship through sharing a meal together, including fun, creative recreation after dinner; the study of Biblical values (Bible Study); and participation in a child-friendly worship time. The program will run on Wednesdays starting September 17th and running until April 29th. LOGOS starts with the meal component promptly at 5:00 pm and runs until 7:20 pm. Parents are responsible for transporting their child to and from the church. If getting your child to the church at 5:00 isn’t possible, we will try to provide you with a list of other registrants so you can organize carpooling. The registration fee for LOGOS is $70. This fee helps with the expenses of the weekly meal, Bible Study materials, and the membership fee to National LOGOS Ministries.

A parent meeting is held for those interested in registering their child for LOGOS. Please see below for dates and times. The meetings for new registrants will last approximately one and a half hours. Your attendance at one of these meetings is mandatory in order to register your child. The purpose of these meetings will be to inform parents about LOGOS, to explain how parents and parental support are essential for success, and to complete registration.

We are excited about the super year ahead of us and hope that your child will be with us! We pledge our best to you in helping you lead your child (ren) into a rich Christian experience that will help in building a firm foundation for their Christian faith and life.
