A New Parenting Series for Families with Young Children...
6 Wednesdays
May- June ( Starting May 21)
6:30 – 8 pm.
A special 6 week partnership of Small Group and Children Ministries.
A night that both parents and their kids will look forward to.
So many parents out there are wondering, “Do I have what it takes to be a good parent?” A lot of times parents need help, but nobody likes to ask for help.
Linda and Gretchen are excited about a new DVD driven study called Parenting: The Early Years by Les and Leslie Parrott. Now, this goes deeper than any technique of just getting kids to eat their broccoli and clean their room. It takes a Biblical approach into the traits parents want their children to have and what traits they want their children to see modeled in them.
Go into the homes of 20 families as cameras captured real-life parenting moments. Some of these are funny moments and some are just completely honest moments that every parent can relate to.
The study looks at what it’s like for married, single and blended families.
Cost will be $15 per family for the 6 week study . While the parents are together with other moms and dads we are preparing a special time with the children

2008 Vacation Bible
June 16th - 20th, 2008
8:45 - 11:45 a.m.
For children ages 4 (entering Kindergarten in Fall 2008) through 10 (entering 5th grade in Fall 2008).
Hear the music and smell the popcorn! Come enter SonWorld Adventure Park, where kids will discover that choosing Jesus is the ticket to the best ride of their lives. This week will help kids learn to make right choices in a world of options.
Cost: $15.00 per child, $40.00 family maximum (if registered by June 3rd), $20.00 per child (if registered after June 3rd).
