Pastor Diane has been in ministry for close to 20 years, ordained ministry for 15 years. She graduated from Bethany College in Lindsborg, Kansas with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught preschool for awhile and substitute taught but eventually went to work for a nonprofit organization called the Minnesota Literacy Council (MLC) which taught adults how to read and write.
Her father was a pastor, and she moved around the Midwest quite a bit, as she grew up. After college, she moved to the Twin Cities and stayed for 22 years, before moving to Southwest Minnesota 5 1/2 years ago.
Her years in ministry have been spent in everything from nursing home, hospice and hospital chaplaincy to parish ministry in rural and suburban settings. In 2003, she completed a program in Spiritual Direction. Her passion is to bring people into a healing relationship with Jesus Christ. Her primary areas of ministry are Children’s Education, Adult Education, and Visitation. She is excited to be here at Holy Trinity, to work with Pastor Steve and the staff and the congregation. As we all partner together in ministry, Pastor Diane believes God has some wonderful surprises to unfold in our midst to reach those who are needing to experience God’s love and hear God’s word.
Pastor Diane and her husband Bill have been married 16 years. They have a daughter and also a Cairn Terrier dog named Mindy. Pastor Diane's hobbies include music, reading, movies, hiking, water activities, doing things with my family, travel, and being with friends. Contact
